Europa League semi-final draw sets up Sevilla clash with Fiorentina

The holders are edging closer to retaining their trophy but will have to beat the Italian side to continue their journey

Sevilla will take on Fiorentina in the semi-final of the Europa League.

Unai Emery's side, who won the competition last season, came through a tough tie with Zenit on Thursday night to ensure their place in the last four.

The La Liga side will be at home in the first leg (May 7), with the second leg taking place in Florence a week later (May 14).

In the other semi-final, Napoli will play Dnipro.

Like Sevilla, Napoli boss Rafa Benitez has history with this competition having won it as Chelsea coach in 2013.

Napoli will host the first leg (May 7) and will be away for the second leg (May 14).

The winner of the Napoli-Dnipro tie will act as the home side for the final in Warsaw on May 27.
